True North Kratom was co-founded by lifelong friends, one a dual citizen with extensive experience in the U.S. kratom market, and the other a Vancouver-based entrepreneur who has successfully launched and operated customer service and entertainment businesses in downtown Vancouver for over 20 years. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, combining their expertise to introduce True North Kratom to Canada. That’s why every batch of our kratom undergoes rigorous third-party lab testing, ensuring that our products are pure, potent, and free from harmful contaminants.
For every 10 kg of kratom we process, we conduct random 5-gram tests to verify that each batch meets our stringent safety standards. We test not only for purity, but also for potential contaminants like heavy metals (e.g., lead and mercury) and harmful microorganisms like E. coli and Salmonella, which can pose serious health risks if kratom is not processed correctly. By doing so, we ensure that what you receive is clean, unadulterated kratom.
Unfortunately, due to the growing popularity of kratom in the United States, some “bad actors” have emerged in the industry. Customers should use extreme caution when sourcing their kratom, as not all vendors uphold the same high standards. These unregulated sellers often fail to properly test or clean their products, which can expose customers to dangerous levels of contaminants in the kratom they sell.
